New Dashboard Improvements Are Here

We're excited to announce numerous updates to the Dashboard! We've overhauled many pages and are eager to show how these improvements will significantly enhance your experience.

Below is a list of all recent Dashboard improvements, highlighting redesigned pages, feature enhancements, and new features:

 


Kapa AI Search

You can now use our AI-powered search right from the homepage to get answers and find information faster than ever before. Simply ask our AI assistant, and it will search through Dwolla's comprehensive documentation for the information you need.

Webhooks Retry Available Within Resources

Gone are the days of digging through a hard-to-find Applications page to manually locate and re-trigger a failed webhook. This new feature makes handling webhook failures simple and intuitive.

Mass Payments Pages

  • The new status chips make payment status obvious at a glance.
  • Now you can search by Correlation ID to quickly find specific transfers, saving you from endless clicks or custom API integrations.
  • The addition of direct links to individual transfers enables users to view the details of any transfer within a batch with a single click.
  • To solve the "where am I?" feeling on the Mass Payment items page, a new summary card now sits at the top, giving you the essential information for the whole batch - front and center.
  • The ability to view new fields has also been added, including Correlation ID, Funding Source Name, and Metadata (coming soon).

Customer Documents Tab

  • The redesigned tab adds support for multiple failure reasons, so you can now see all the reasons at once for easier and more efficient error correction.
  • Document statuses are clearer and more closely align with the API.
  • Failure reason comments are now coming directly from the API and provide more details.
  • Beneficial Owner documents are split by owner instead of appearing in one combined table, making it much quicker to find owner-related information.

Customer Details Tab

This cleaner, more modern layout makes finding what you need at a glance so much faster. We have enhanced the editing functionality with improved form validation to ensure details are entered correctly from the start, giving a more intuitive user experience.

The Customer Notifications tab has been completely overhauled with a cleaner design and crystal-clear status indicators
