Previously, you might have found pending actions for customer verification scattered between a notification banner on the "Details" page and an "Action Needed" pop-up modal.
Our new, dedicated "Onboarding" tab consolidates all these items into a single, easy-to-read checklist under "Actions Required to Onboard." Instead of hunting for information, you now have a clear, centralized view of every pending requirement for any customer type.

- Find Everything in One Place: No more guesswork. All outstanding requirements are listed clearly on one screen, from a missing SSN for a consumer to a required document or owner certification for a business.
- Troubleshoot with Speed and Efficiency: By replacing pop-up modals with a checklist, we’ve removed extra clicks and interruptions so you can more quickly identify and address issues and successfully verify your users.
- Stay Focused on the Task at Hand: The dedicated "Onboarding" tab creates a focused workspace, separating verification tasks from all other customer details so you can complete them without distraction.
This update is live in your Dashboard now. Sign in to the Dwolla Dashboard and go to the Customers section. Select one of your end users, then select “Onboarding.”
