Customers List Usability Enhancements
The Customers List page now makes it easier for you to understand customer status and take action at a glance. The update separates customer type and status into distinct columns and introduces clearer visual indicators throughout the page.
What’s new:
- A dedicated Customer Type column with icons for Personal Verified, Business Verified, Unverified and Receive-only customers
- Disabled icon versions to quickly identify deactivated or suspended customers, with tooltips for added clarity
- A separate Customer Status column with refreshed, easy-to-understand icons
- A new indicator for customers with onboarding actions required, plus a shortcut to view onboarding details directly from the customer actions menu
Account Funding Sources Page Refresh
The Account Funding Sources page has been refreshed with an updated look and feel, making it easier for you to manage and review your funding sources. We also added the ability to filter funding sources by type and view the full routing number and last four digits of the account number directly on each funding source card. This frequently requested update gives you the same level of detail for your own funding sources that you have for your customers’ funding sources.
Other Dashboard Improvements
- Funds Flow Overview Update: This page now shows transfer legs that are pending creation, or were prevented from being created by errors during the transfer (like suspensions or negative balance situations). This provides a clearer, more complete picture of money movement in the system.
- Transfers Page Filter Updates: Based on your requests, we've added the ability to filter transfers by Correlation ID and input multiple filters (like min and max amount) without having to wait for the page to finish loading.
- ACH Return Rates Report Time Zone Selector: This report defaults to the UTC/GMT time zone, but now you have the option to adjust it to your time zone if that works better for you.
- User Interface Update: The Account Details and Features pages have a refreshed and more intuitive user interface.
