A Simpler, Clearer Way to Track Your Transfers

We are excited to announce a significant enhancement to the Transfers section of your Dashboard, designed to create a more efficient and intuitive workflow. This includes updates to the Transfers list page, a new transfers slide-out panel and an improved, consolidated Transfer Details page, making it easier than ever to track your funds' movement.

An Enhanced Workflow for Viewing Transfers

Your experience begins on the Transfers list page with an improved filtering design and new, easier-to-read status chips.

Then, when you select a transfer from the list, a Transfer slide-out panel appears on the right side of your screen. No need to navigate to a different page to access the key details of the selected transfer, along with a condensed version of the Funds Flow Overview!

For a more comprehensive look at any transfer, you can go to our redesigned Transfer Details page by clicking the Open in New Tab icon in the top right corner of the slide-out panel or the View Transfer Page link at the bottom of the slide-out panel. This unified page consolidates all the critical information from the previous Transfer Details and Funds Flow Overview pages, eliminating the need to switch between different views for a complete picture of the transfer.

Once on the page, you’ll see the complete Funds Flow Overview and get a high-level picture of the entire transfer. Improvements to this page include:

• The details for the specific transfer leg you originally selected on the Transfers list page will remain conveniently displayed on the right side of the page.
• The funding sources in the top overview card are now linked, allowing you to quickly navigate to their details pages in a new tab.

How This Helps You

Our goal with this redesign is to provide a clearer and more accurate picture of your transfers. By consolidating information into a unified view and providing at-a-glance context in the new slide-out panel, you can investigate transfers without clicking back and forth between pages. Ultimately, this updated workflow gives you a complete and intuitive visualization of every transfer’s journey.

This update is live in your Dwolla Dashboard now. Sign in to the Dashboard, navigate to the Transfers page or a customer’s Transfers tab, and click on any transfer to experience the new slide-out panel and enhanced details page.
