New partnership allows customers of both companies to access a powerful money moving system and a business verification toolset.
A pair of emerging technology companies are partnering to make their services available to each other’s clients. Financial technology company Dwolla, Inc. announced a partnership with Middesk to make the latter’s business verification tool a part of the Dwolla Partner Ecosystem. The Middesk Identity product increases business verification rates while also serving risk and compliance teams, flagging for “high-risk” or inconsistent classifications during the onboarding process.
Since moving into production at the start of 2019, Middesk offers onboarding for businesses that takes less than two minutes while also helping reduce their access fees for costly state data. By joining the Dwolla Partner Ecosystem, Middesk will offer its services to Dwolla’s customers that are onboarding businesses or financial institutions to their platform.
“A positive onboarding experience provides the customer-business relationship with a solid foundation to grow from. That’s what Middesk offers, a frictionless onboarding for business clients,” says Stephanie Atkin, Vice President of Marketing at Dwolla. “The diversity of first-class services within the Dwolla Partner Ecosystem really shows how much great technology exists in the market today.”
Dwolla, Inc. is a financial technology company offering businesses an onramp to the Automated Clearing House Network, the electronic funds-transfer system used by U.S. financial institutions that moves $51 trillion annually. The company launched the Dwolla Partner Ecosystem in the summer of 2019 to connect its growing list of innovative customers with services to help them scale.
“We are excited to join the Dwolla Partner Ecosystem and accelerate the growth of a larger group of customers,” says Kyle Mack, CEO and co-founder of Middesk. “Our team is entirely focused on enabling risk and compliance teams to streamline customer onboarding, minimize their compliance risk and increase their teams’ efficiency.
