We’ve decided to update the Dwolla 401K program substantially.
Our new 401K program—that started January 1, 2019—includes a 100% match on the first 4% of compensation elected to defer to your 401K.
Dwolla is also introducing a safe harbor match program. The matching contribution to the 401K is 100% vested.
In 2018, Dwolla extended our paid parental leave to 12 weeks for new births or adoptions for all parents. In 2019, we’ve upgraded our 401K program.
