Is paying personal shoppers part of your business model? If so, we have a solution that could save you hours out of your day, as well as the headaches associated with paying out contractors.

With Dwolla, we make ACH payouts easy. Customers can choose from a variety of solutions, ranging from ready-made Dwolla-branded mass payment tools to a deeply customized mass payment integration.

Simply register for a free Dwolla merchant account, and connect the bank account you’ll be using to pay out shoppers.

Once you’ve verified your bank account, upload a simple CSV file with the email addresses of your personal shoppers and corresponding payment amounts. You’ll be able to generate a mass payment by simply clicking “Send.”

Your personal shoppers will receive an email stating that they will be receiving a payment from your business, and to simply set a password and provide their routing and account number to claim and direct the payment to their bank account.

All subsequent payments to your personal shoppers will be routed directly to their attached financial institution, no further action needed on their side.

Custom integration:

In our v2 bank transfer API, you have the ability to initiate ACH payouts in a white label capacity.

This means that you can programmatically issue payments to your recipients in a way that looks and feels like your brand. Customize the payment email notifications and design the optimal user experience for your shoppers.
